I played it a couple of times and that was enough for me. What made the old Lingo fun was playing the game with friends and talking with them in the chatroom. I found a section devoted to reprimanding the new single player Lingo game they have added, as well as inquiring as to the chance a multiplayer version of Lingo could be added. At the bottom of the section, GSNANGEL, and GSN administrator said that although GSN would have to start from scratch to rebuild Lingo Plus, they are currently working on bringing back a multiplayer game of Lingo. Though it probably would not be identical to Lingo Plus, we can only hope it would be as analogous to the game as possible. She said it should be up by early 2012, so although that is quite a ways away, that is at least something to anticipate. If GSN even gives a slightly accurate appraisal of Lingo Plus, they would see how truly popular it was amongst people, and would follow up on this post of theirs. One can only hope this moratorium will be lifted on Lingo Plus. Peace out all.
