Fran… I have no idea. My bet would be that it can’t. There are core functions in the MAC OS that it’s using to make this happen.

Maureen, I’ll answer both questions in one. First, no, you have to either upload to a service like Vimeo, as I did, or upload the .mov file to your host and point to the .mov file.

Yes, there is a trial option, that watermarks the presentation. I paid for it, however. I was convinced in the first few seconds that this was going to change the way I crafted online presentations… for the better.

It’s important to note that you must be running the latest OS from Apple. It only works on OS X 10.5. The video you see above was done within 10 minutes of downloading it, so I know it works right out of the “box.”

Me again. I downloaded the program to play with. Do you have to pay for it before you can make anything or does it have a trial option. I couldn’t get it to work.

Wow, this is really cool. I watched the demo and it seems that you can create a Keynote program with embedded video. Hmmmm… Now I think I can use that.

My question is once you do the Screenflow video thing where is it hosted or saved? Is there an embed code at the end?

Really I think it would be great to have a link to this from my website – Would that be possible? It is so hard to know how to use these cool features when you really don’t know what you’re doing. That’s why it is so nice to have technoblogging friends.
