Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist project managers in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
- Operations Suppport: Assist the Operations team with reporting, invoicing, and other duties
- Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Communication: Facilitate communication within the project team and with clients to ensure effective collaboration and project progress. Participate in team meetings and client calls as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Support the QA process by helping to coordinate testing efforts, including documenting bugs and issues, and tracking their resolution.
- Resource Planning: Assist with resource allocation and planning, ensuring that projects are adequately staffed and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Participate in the evaluation of project successes and challenges to enhance learning and development.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated interest in project management, technology, and web development.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g. Teamwork) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous experience in a project management role or related field is a plus, but not required.
