Key Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues, improve processes, and contribute to the team’s overall efficiency.
- Reproduction of Issues: Work to reproduce reported issues, collaborating with the development team to identify and document steps for replication.
- Development Support: Assist the development team in building new features and functionalities for our Laravel and WordPress projects. Contribute to coding tasks under supervision to gain hands-on experience in web development.
- QA Support: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure software quality. Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and other issues.
- Plugin Updates: Manage and update WordPress and Laravel plugins, ensuring compatibility and stability across all projects.
- Ticket Qualification/Validation: Evaluate incoming support tickets to validate the issues reported. Prioritize tickets based on severity and impact.
- Client Interactions: Communicate with clients to gather additional information on reported issues, provide updates on ticket status, and ensure client satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Technical Documentation: Help maintain and update technical documentation for internal and external users, including setup guides, feature descriptions, and troubleshooting steps. This will improve your technical writing skills and help ensure that projects are accessible and understandable.
- Performance Optimization: Participate in the analysis and optimization of websites and applications for improved speed and efficiency. Learn how to conduct performance tests and implement best practices for optimizing web performance.
- Security Reviews: Assist in conducting security reviews of plugins and code to identify potential vulnerabilities. Learn about web security best practices and contribute to keeping our projects secure.
- User Experience (UX) Feedback: Collaborate with the UX/UI design team to provide feedback on designs from a technical perspective. Learn how to ensure that designs are technically feasible and contribute to creating user-friendly web experiences.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
